This notice explains how Aymnco Ltd collects and uses your personal data when you visit this website, join our waitlist or email us. We keep it short and only collect what we need.
Who we are
Aymnco Ltd is the controller of your personal data. We are a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17478199. Our registered office is at 5th Floor, 167–169 Great Portland Street, London W1W 5PF.

What we collect
- Your email address, if you join the waitlist.
- A record of your consent: when you signed up and confirmed, and the IP address used. Our email provider records this automatically.
- What you send us, if you email us.
- Technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, which our hosting provider processes so the website can load and stay secure.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or make automated decisions about you.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of providers who process data only on our instructions:
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France): stores the waitlist and sends our emails.
- Cloudflare: hosts this website and protects it from attacks.
- Google (Google Workspace): our business email.
Transfers outside the UK
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they rely on safeguards recognised under UK law, such as UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
How long we keep it
- Waitlist: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If you don’t confirm your sign-up, we delete your address within 30 days. If we decide not to launch, we delete the whole list within three months of that decision.
- After you unsubscribe: we keep your email address on a do-not-contact list so we don’t email you again by mistake.
- Emails you send us: for as long as we need to deal with your enquiry, and no longer than two years.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to protect the site from automated attacks.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you
- have it corrected or deleted
- object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use it
- receive a copy in a portable format
- withdraw your consent at any time, using the unsubscribe link in any of our emails or by emailing us

Complaints
If you’re unhappy with how we handle your data, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes to this notice
If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
